This website is owned and operated by Equafleece Ltd who are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments or if you need to contact us, please use our Contact page or refer to the details at the bottom of this page.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click the Checkout button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept a wide range of credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and country-specific payment methods such as iDEAL. If you do not wish to pay online, please call us with your card details.

All items are charged for at the time of ordering. Items placed on back order or items made to order are also charged at time of ordering because they are manufactured to order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, please contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Equafleece staff can give sizing advice but are not responsible for a garment not fitting.

Equafleece staff are in no way responsible for inaccurate information entered into an order directly by a customer.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.

Orders cancelled may incur a charge.

All goods are sold subject to our standard conditions of sale.

Despatch Policy

We aim to hold stocks of all the items for sale on this website and try to send out orders on the day the order is received or the next working day. If the item is not in stock we aim to make and send it within 7–10 working days. We will let you know if for any reason we do not expect to be able to meet that deadline. In all cases, payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Back-orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

All items purchased are returnable as long as the items are in new condition, do not show signs of having been worn, are not dirty, smelly and are free of hair and scurf.

The customer is required to pay for returns postage unless the garment is found to have a manufacturing fault.

In the event of a manufacturing fault the customer is required to pay for returns postage for the garment to be inspected, once verified, the returns postage will be reimbursed with a refund, replacement and/or agreed mend.

We are unable to repurpose the style of a garment or resize a garment after it is manufactured.

Customs Charges

Customs charges (import duty and tax) applicable to your country will be added to all orders in the checkout, and paid for up-front. Your order will then be shipped on IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) or DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms. This means you won’t receive a customs payment demand when your parcel arrives in your country, and it will clear customs much faster.

Credit/Debit Card Security

Your credit/debit card details and transaction information are processed using secure forms provided by our payment provider, Adyen, and are encrypted using industry standard 256-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website or any of our computer systems.

Guarantee

All items include a 1 year warranty. This does not include any damage caused by the wearer.

No liability is assumed by Equafleece Ltd for damage or injury to any persons/animals resulting from the use of the products supplied.
