Despatch Policy
Orders via this website can only be delivered within the EU. If you are located elsewhere in the world, please order from our main website.
We aim to hold stocks of all the items for sale on this website. If the item isn’t in stock we aim to make and send it within 7–10 working days. We’ll let you know if for any reason we don’t expect to be able to meet that deadline. In all cases, payment is taken at the time of ordering.
We try to despatch orders on the day the order is received, or the next working day. However, during quieter months (normally March–September) despatch may take up to 5 working days due to courier collections being less frequent.
Cost
Delivery to EU member states is free when ordered through this website.
Customs charges (import duty and tax) applicable to your country will be added to orders, and paid for up-front. Your order will then be shipped on IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) or DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms. This means you won’t receive a customs payment demand when your parcel arrives in your country, and it will clear customs much faster.
All orders are sent on a tracked service so you can sign in and check the progress of your order and delivery on your Order History page. The delivery time is normally 5–14 working days from the date of despatch.
If your order fails to arrive after 14 working days, please contact us and we’ll trace it.
